CNB Bank Promotes Sette to Vice President, Information Technology

John H. SetteJoseph B. Bower, Jr., President & CEO of CNB Bank, recently announced the promotion of John H. Sette to Vice President, Information Technology.
 
In this position, Mr. Sette oversees all technological functions from employee staff support to strategic initiatives in building a solid foundation of technology and supporting bank expansion and growth across all four divisions of CNB Bank.  He is responsible for information technology (IT) policies and procedures including information security, IT audit and cyber security assessments.  Mr. Sette and his team ensure that Bank services are online, safe, and available for customer use with minimal to no downtime.
 
Mr. Sette has over twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry including positions from help desk/desktop support technician to Senior Director of IT Infrastructure.  He joined CNB in 2015 and is a participant of CNB’s Leadership Institute.
 
“John has led numerous strategic initiatives and projects which have improved our network infrastructure,” stated Mr. Bower.  “His department leadership and the networks that he has developed across the entire company has had a direct positive impact on our employees’ and customers’ experience.”
 
Mr. Sette is a 1987 graduate of Downingtown High School and 1990 graduate of Central Penn College where he received his degree in Information Systems.  John and his wife, Michelle, reside in Bellefonte with their two children, Johnna and Dillon.
