Greg Dixon, CNB Bank Market Executive, recently announced the promotion of Heather J. Koptchak to Market Manager.
As Market Manager, Ms. Koptchak oversees the operations of the Bank’s northern market, which includes 16 offices located in Centre, Clearfield, Elk and McKean counties. Her primary responsibilities are to help guide community office managers in achieving established goals and promote superior customer service.
Ms. Koptchak began her career at CNB in 2004 as a teller and continued to grow with the corporation serving in various positions including Management Trainee, Wealth Management Sales Assistant, Branch Supervisor and Assistant Branch Manager.
“Since joining CNB, Heather has demonstrated a desire to learn and always strives to provide positive customer experiences,” said Mr. Dixon. “I am confident that she will set high standards for her offices, ultimately to the benefit of our customers.”
A native of West Decatur, Heather is a 2002 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School and a 2004 graduate of Pennsylvania State University Wilkes Barre with an associate degree in Business Administration. She is currently enrolled in the PA Bankers Advanced School of Banking and has earned two certificates from the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association/Professional Development Network (PBA/PDN), which include the Sales Assistant Professional Development Series, and Fundamentals of Consumer Lending.
Ms. Koptchak currently resides in Osceola Mills with her husband, John, and their children, Dylan and Haylie. She contributes her time and talents to the community as a volunteer and minor league coach of the Philipsburg-Osceola Little League, the Emily Whitehead Foundation, as well as other various community activities and financial educational events.
