Chris Stott, CNB Bank Market Executive, announced that Joe Haines recently joined the CNB teams as Vice President, Commercial Banking. 
In this position, Mr. Haines plays a significant role in the Bank’s larger, more complex commercial relationships in the Elk County market area.  He will develop and maintain relationships with businesses of all sizes including all commercial credit needs.  Mr. Haines works from the CNB Bank office located in downtown St. Marys. 
“Joe has a great deal of commercial knowledge and experience to offer businesses in his hometown of St. Marys and to the Elk County area,” said Mr. Stott.  “We are pleased to provide his expertise of the local market industry to commercial clients in the area.” 
A native of St. Marys, Joe is a 2002 graduate of St. Marys Area High School. He continued his education at Clarion University, earning both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, as well as his Masters of Business Administration. 
Joe began his banking career in 2007, and was most recently Vice President of Commercial Lending for a local financial institution.  He is a graduate of the PA Bankers School of Commercial Banking and the PA Bankers Advanced School of Commercial Lending.
Joe currently resides in St. Marys with his wife, Ashley, and their sons, Connor and Bryce. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of both the Dickinson Center, Inc. Board of Governors, and the North Central Pennsylvania Loan Review Board.  In his community, Joe also serves as Treasurer of both the Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Marys, and the Elk County Redevelopment Authority, and as a board member for the St. Marys Economic Development Corporation.
