CNB Bank Promotes Kassab to Senior Vice President/Marketing
Clearfield, PA – November 18, 2013
Joseph B. Bower, Jr., President and CEO of CNB Bank, recently announced the promotion of Leanne Kassab, CFMP to the position of Senior Vice President/Marketing.
Ms. Kassab joined CNB Bank in 1996 as a Marketing Assistant and was promoted to Assistant Marketing Director in 2001, Marketing Officer in 2003, Assistant Vice President of Marketing in 2008, and Vice President of Marketing in 2012. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Kassab oversees the planning of marketing strategies and objectives, manages the marketing budget, and oversees the coordination and development of advertisement and promotional campaigns, customer communications and public relations activities. Leanne also serves as Senior Risk Officer for CNB Financial Corporation’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
A native of Clearfield, Leanne graduated from Clearfield Area High School in 1985. She went on to receive her B.S. degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1991. Since then she has earned six banking diplomas to include Banking and Finance, Bank Operations, Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, General Banking, and Personal Banking diplomas from the Professional Development Network.
In 2002, Leanne graduated with honors from the American Banker’s Association (ABA) School of Bank Marketing and Management at the University of Colorado. In May 2003, she was awarded the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers (CIB), a non-profit organization sponsored by the American Bankers Association, in Washington, DC. Leanne also graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking in 2011.
Leanne currently resides in Clearfield with her husband, Scott and daughter, Paige Spingola. She is the daughter of Connie and Barry Peoples, also of Clearfield. She is a member of the Board of Governors of the Chamber of Commerce of Clearfield.
